Completed gold purchase or sell transactions executed at market price are non-refundable. Losses incurred due to market fluctuations are not eligible for refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on the original payment method and banking timelines.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source used for the transaction. Aurum Exchange does not process refunds through alternative payment methods.
Any chargeback requests raised without prior communication may result in temporary suspension of the user account until the dispute is resolved.
